Progress reports

Throughout the construction period of your property, our customer care department will be happy to provide monthly building progress reports. This is especially important for buyers residing abroad, providing reassurance that we are carrying out construction in a correct and timely fashion.

Finishing touches to your home

When the time comes to decide upon interior finishes for your home, a member of our customer care department will be available to discuss the options for colour schemes, fixtures and fittings, tiling and woodwork. Once the final construction phase is complete, any snagging issues will be taken care of before handing over your new home. This is followed by a member of our customer care team personally checking that everything is to your satisfaction.

Kouroushi Bros provides the following services, free of charge, to help you feel at home and comfortable from the moment that you move in:

- Assistance with the purchase of furnishings, electrical goods, kitchenware, linen and accessories
- Setting up bank accounts
- Utility connection for water, electricity, telephone and internet
- Booking taxis or car hire on your behalf
Kouroushi Bros provides the following services, at an additional cost, should you require further assistance:
- Interior design
- Landscaping
- Property management, including cleaning, laundry and welcome packs
- Property rental service
