Kouroushi Bros joined forces with Paradise Resorts, to create Paradise Resorts (Cyprus) Ltd. Together they developed their first timeshare project in Paphos, Cyprus, Paradise Kings Club

Project Overview

Paradise Kings Club is situated in an exclusive and tranquil setting with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, only minutes away from the attractive and popular Coral Bay with its sweeping sandy beach. Phase I of the project began operation in 2004 and was the first vacation ownership project on the Island. Phases II and III have also been completed and now operates with 85 units. Once complete the project will consist of 111 luxury one and two bedroom apartments and townhouses.
