Kouroushi Lion Resorts Ltd

Kouroushi Bros also teamed up with timeshare industry specialists Lion Resorts, to conclude a second joint venture, Kouroushi Lion Resorts Ltd. The company is currently developing two new luxury projects in prime locations in Paphos, Cyprus, namely Capital Coast Resort & Spa, and Amphora Hotel Resort & Spa.

Project Overview

Capital Coast Resort & Spa is located in a prime seafront location off the main road between the tourist areas of Coral Bay and Tomb of the Kings. On a site measuring 29,000m2, the project comprises 113 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments. This project is currently under construction by Kouroushi Bros and is expected to be completed in summer 2008.

Amphora Hotel Resort & Spa is a combined exclusive project extending over an area of 40,000m2 on a prime beachfront location in Kato Paphos. It includes a 5-star 75-room hotel, as well as 87 luxury one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The project will be completed in three phases, with phase A expected to be completed by spring 2009.
